(Washington, DC – May 23, 2013)  – XX in Health today named Galileo Analytics co-founder Anna McCollister-Slipp as one of three “Women to Watch” at this year’s Health Datapalooza conference, an annual event featuring leaders in health data informatics and analytics from the US and around the world.

In addition to McCollister-Slipp, the XX in Health list includes Sara Holoubek, Founder and CEO, Luminary Labs and Martha Wofford, VP, Head of Consumer Platforms, Aetna.

The three women are all members of XX in Health, the nation’s premier network of women entrepreneurs and executives in health innovation and technology, which was founded by Rock Health, a San Francisco-based health technology accelerator.

McCollister-Slipp is scheduled to speak at the conference on Monday, June 3, as part of the panel “The Cutting Edge of Consumer Health Engagement: What’s Working Today”. During the panel, McCollister-Slipp will discuss how her experiences as a patient with type 1 diabetes motivated her to co-found Galileo Analytics as a vehicle for creating platforms that would catalyze innovation in health data research and analysis.
